Warm water and a clean cloth. No window cleaners. We see so many damaged computer screens while we’re out in the field working on computers. Often times it’s the result of the owners using harsh chemicals that are totally unnecessary when it comes to removing dust or finger prints from the screen.

If you’re using Windows Firewall on your PC – always my sure it is enabled. This specific customer had it disabled which led to access to his machine through many ports from unwelcome guests.
